ABSTRAK
Berkembang pesatnya dunia periklanan di Indonesia tidak terlepas dari peranan televisi swasta. Munculnya televisi swasta dengan iklan televisinya berhasil menggeser posisi iklan media cetak dan radio. Setiap tayangan hiburan, informasi, film, kuis dan lain-lain tidak bisa dipisahkan dari iklan. Melalui iklan televisi ini, para produsen dan kreator iklan berharap hasil karyanya dapat diterima komunikan. Untuk itu kreator iklan. harus dapat memberikan persepsi yang jelas tentang iklan yang dibuatnya.
Kata kunci: iklan televisi, persepsi iklan.
ABSTRACT
Private televisions have taken a role in the fast growing of advertising world in Indonesia. The ascent of the private televisions with their commercial programs has shifted the position of printed and radio commercials. All programs in the television such as entertaintment, news, movies, quizzes, etc. are inseparable with TV commercials. Through these commercials, advertising producers and their creative team expect their commercials, advertising producers and their creative team expect their works perceived by the public. accordingly, TV commercial creators should give a clear perception of the ad they made.

“Desa Informasi” or “Information Village” is the name adopted for the Local eContent (digital information resources with local flavor) development project being carried out in Petra Christian University Library.
“Desa Informasi” can also play an important role in preserving (at least) digitally local historical and cultural heritage, thus preserving the collective memory of a local society.
All Local eContent collections are available for everyone through the Internet for free. Some Local eContent collections are currently available in “Desa Informasi,” such as Surabaya Memory, Digital Theses, eDIMENSI, Petra@rt Gallery, Petra iPoster, and Petra Chronicle.
