NJPAC Spotlight Gala | 2004

Client: New Jersey Performing Arts Center, NJ
20.25 x 14.25 inch; CMYK + 2 metallic color

This time the idea comes from gala decoration concept of being underwater with sea horse and treasure chest element. So we purchased an underwater stock image from Getty Images than I add some sea horses and a treasure map element which actually the map to the event at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center. The map element was printed in gold metallic ink.

Aljira Design 2006 Promo Card

We wanted to endorse the idea that our great works comes from collaboration between our clients and our creative services. The idea was to invite interaction of recipients of these cards. When you fold the card and meet the arrow, you will find ‘06 as a happy new year 2006 message from Aljira Design. The motif of this card also applied throughout all of Aljira Design promotional materials in that year. My Art Director told me that this was one example of how my ethnic background (specially batik culture) has big influence in my visual languages
